Advanced Small Music Ensemble Supplemental Class

The Institute is pleased to offer an Ensemble Program to advanced and artist students on Monday evenings at 6:00pm and 7:00pm. The Ensemble Program includes string quartets, cello choirs, brass quartets, woodwind quartets, as well as trios and duets. The repertoire will include Baroque, classical and pops literature. There will also be a flute/recorder choir, clarinet choir, trombone choir, and saxophone choir. 

These small ensembles of the Institute perform in the community to represent Shepherd Institute of Music at various social and concert events.

Most students enrolled in our Ensemble Program are also enrolled in a Technique class of the Institute to Advance their playing level.
